    Boil the water in a large pan and add the salt. add the broccoli to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until its tender but still has some bite. Drain and put to one side t cool a little.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok, over a high heat. Add the chili and fry for 30 second , than add the garlic and ginger.

    Place the broccoli in the wok and fry for 4 minutes, until its lightly coated with vegetable oil and slightly charred.

    Combine the corn flour, 3 tbsp. of water and soy sauce in a small bowl, and then pour this over the broccoli, keep stirring until the corn flour has thickened.

    Add the sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper, Arrange the broccoli on a large sharing plate. and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
