This classic meatloaf is perfect for a busy weeknight meal .because it can be prepared in a minutes. This is very easy and no fail recipe. This is the perfect combination of beef spices ketchup and classy sweet  glaze .

Step by Step Methods

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven 350 degrees F 175 degrees C.

  • step 2

    Line a 9/5 inch loaf pan with butter paper and set a side.

  • step 3

    In a large bowl combine the beef egg milk bread crumbs salt ground black pepper paprika seasoning thyme ketchup garlic onion mix it well .

  • step 4

    Now add meat to the loaf pan gently press meat and shape evenly.

  • step 5

    In a separate small bowl combine all the meatloaf glaze ingredients mix it well and pour over the meatloaf .

  • step 6

    Bake at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C for about 55 minutes. Rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips & variations

  • Mix the meat really well this is very moist recipe so under mixing can cause the meat to b too soft.

  • Meatloaf can b frozen before cooking cover tightly with wrap and foil and freeze.

  • You can make sandwiches from leftover meatloaf.
