This classic meatloaf is perfect for a busy weeknight meal .because it can be prepared in a minutes. This is very easy and no fail recipe. This is the perfect combination of beef spices ketchup and classy sweet glaze .
Preheat oven 350 degrees F 175 degrees C.
Line a 9/5 inch loaf pan with butter paper and set a side.
In a large bowl combine the beef egg milk bread crumbs salt ground black pepper paprika seasoning thyme ketchup garlic onion mix it well .
Now add meat to the loaf pan gently press meat and shape evenly.
In a separate small bowl combine all the meatloaf glaze ingredients mix it well and pour over the meatloaf .
Bake at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C for about 55 minutes. Rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before serving.
Mix the meat really well this is very moist recipe so under mixing can cause the meat to b too soft.
Meatloaf can b frozen before cooking cover tightly with wrap and foil and freeze.
You can make sandwiches from leftover meatloaf.
