  • Step No 1

    Mix all Marination ingredients in the chicken, mix well and keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes. Now heat cooking oil medium flame, Put chicken pieces in hot oil one by one and fry them till chicken turn into golden.

  • Step No 2

    Take another pan and heat oil, add chopped garlic & green chilies, sauté it for a second, add onion and capsicum ,fry it then add all sauces, vinegar & salt. Mix well. Now add corn flour solution gradually, mix with other hand, add 3 tbsp chicken powder. Now add fried chicken. Mix well. You can adjust the thickness of gravy as you like in last add green chili & coriander. Transfer chicken in a bowl served with masala rice fried rice as per as your choice
