A staple part of Asian cooking. By simply adding different ingredients to plain rice, you can create a tasty side dish in minutes.
Once the wakame is soft, squeeze out the water with your hands and chop the wakame into small pieces, about 5-6 mm flakes.
Put them in a bowl and add the soy sauce, salt and sugar. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Having done that add the wakame mix into the cooked rice and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top and serve immediately.
