Step by Step Methods

  • Step No 1

    In a bowl pure in the cold water and add gelatin and allow to bloom In a sauce pan 1/2 cup water and bring to boil . Now add the Mango Puree and sugar, Stir untill the sugar is completely dissolved on low flame

  • Step No 2

    Now add in the bloomed gelatin into this and stir untill the geltain is completely dissolved cook on low flame. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Divide the mango puree among the dessert glasses. Refrigerate untill set.

  • Step No 3

    Once the mango layer set u can start with the vanilla layer preparation In a bowl pure in the cold water and add gelatin and allow to bloom. In a sauce pan add in the milk fresh cream and bring them to a boil on low flame, stir continuously. Add sugar and stir untill the sugar is completely dissolved. Add in the bloomed gelatin and stir untill gelatin is completely dissolved in to the milk and cream.

  • Step No 4

    Add in the cardamom powder, vanilla extract and combine well. Remove from heat and let it cool. Now take out of the refrigerated dessert galss with mango puree, divide the prepared vanilla mixture among them. Refrigerate untill set completely. Once set , garnish with fresh mango cubes. Now dessert is ready to serve.

Tips & variations

  • I used mango for this recipe but you can also replace the mango with Strawberries and chocolate You can also used agar agar instead of gelatin. I used small dessert glass for this recipe u can also use large fancy dessert glass any type of fancy dessert small bowl.
