Roasted Beef,, beef tenerlion and rib roast taste much better when served with carefully prpared Homemade Horseradish Sauc. There are many ways to prpare it some recipes call for use of prepared Horseradish and some call for freshly grated Horseradish
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until pureed. Carefully remove cover of processor or blender, keeping face away from container. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
