Heat oil ghee in a wok add grated carrots cook until all water dries then add cardamom powder desi ghee cook for 5 minutes when its start giving nice aroma then pour milk mix well keep moving ladle Once all milk is dry add sugar and mix well Keep stirring until sugar and water dries lastly add one cup khoya chopped almonds and pistachio and place on low heat for more 10 minutes then remove from the stove
