Egg dessert is a traditional dessert of Pakistan and India This dessert is full of protein and taste.     In blender add egg, sugar, oil, food color & khoya, blend it to make a smooth paste. Add this mixture in a pan, place the pan on stove (low flame). Keep stirring continuously then add cardamom powder. Cook the eggs till its start to leave the edges of pan and gets thick. Once cooked then add almonds & pistachio. Mix well, At the end garnish with almonds and pistachio.
