Add 2 cup of water in a sauce pan add dry plums into water boil it on medium flame add half cup of sugar and cardamom and red chili flakes cook well add red food color cover it and cook on low flame for more 10 minutes now add dried melon seeds mix well remove pan from heat serve this sauce with any snakes like samosa spring roll etc.
