Chocolate chip cookies are commonly made with white sugar, brown sugar, fine flour salt baking soda, baking soda, wet ingredients like egg hot water .The texture of chocolate chip cookies is depend on its fat and the type of fat used.
Preheat your oven 350 F or 175 degrees C.
Line a baking pan with a butter paper and set a side.
Shift together the flour salt baking soda set a side.
Cream together the butter sugar or brown sugar until combine.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes ,or until golden brown . Cool completely before serving.
You can make the cookie dough and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
When you remove the cookies from the oven they will still look doughy and soft, this it the secret that makes the cookies so amazing . Don't over bake.
If you used Slated butter than skip salt from the recipe.
For best result bake cookies on middle oven rack.
These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 8 to 10 days .
