Heat cooking oil and fry the onions until turn golden brown. Remove and drain the onions crush it fine. In the same oil fry ginger and garlic for 2 minutes then add the chicken and fry on high heat for 10 minutes.
Toss in the whole garam masala, cook for 2 minutes, then add salt, crush red chilies, chop green chilies, turmeric, white paper, black paper and 4 cups of water. Bring to boil cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Whip the yogurt to a smooth paste and add to the chicken, cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Mix in crushed onions and keura simmer for 10 minutes, sprinkle fine sliced ginger, some slice of lemon, 1/3 tsp garam masala and 1 tbsp coriander.
