Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in pan, fry garlic in it for 1 minute. Add minced chicken and cook it on high heat for 2 minutes. Add ginger and salt, cook it again for 10 minutes until liquid dries up.
Add onions, green chilies, fresh coriander, black pepper & red chili(crushed), mix it and remove from heat. Set aside to cool, meanwhile beat the egg and mix in the flour to from a thick paste.
We'll use this to sew the samosa edges. Now fold samosa wrapper into a triangular cone fill with 1 tbsp of the cooked chicken and brush the edges with the beaten egg and flour mixture to seal tight Heat oil on a pan, fry the samosa on each side for 5-8 minutes and serve hot.
