Step by Step Methods

  • Step No 1

    Turn on the flame and put the pan on it. Add sugar and water in it until it boils ,but on low flame.

  • Step No 2

    Once sugar syrup is boiled, add cardamom powder and again boil it on low flame for 10 minutes. The syrup should look sticky not watery, else bread gulab jamuns will break after socking.

  • Step No 3

    In a separate bowl add bread slices and milk, mash it to make smooth soft dough. Prepare small balls from dough and keep it aside.

  • Step No 4

    Add cooking oil in a pan and heat it. Put all the bread balls in hot oil one by one and fry it on medium flame. Fry the balls till it turns golden brown. Take it out on the paper to absorb extra oil. Then put all the fry balls in to the sugar syrup and boil it on low flame for 5 minutes. Here you are with delicious Gulab Jamuns, take out in the bowl and garinsh it with Dry Fruits.

  • If you want to make a bread gulab jaumn soft and juicy keep the gulab jaumn along with the sugar syrup on low flame remember that just heat the oil not boil it

  • If the mixture is to sticky then add milk powder
