In a mixing bowl add Desiccated coconut, condensed milk & cardamom powder, mix it well, and make balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper.
To Make the Chocolate Coating, In a double boiler melt together cooking chocolate and butter. Cover the coconut balls with the melted chocolate then refrigerate it for 15 minutes. Again covered the remaining sides of coconut balls and refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Then roll it in coconut powder for garnishing.
