Take gelatin powder and 2 tbsp water in a small pan, pan should b kept on a pan filled with water on slow flame, once ready set aside. Take another bowl, add cream, gelatin, and sugar, mix it well by using electric beater preferably and set aside. Pour coffee mix over sliced brownies so they become soft and gooey. In each glass add small piece of brownie ,press with spatula so that it sets firmly. Top cake with chocolate cream mix. Then again set same layer of brownies and then cream. Place the glasses in freezer for at least 2 hours. Top each glass with another piece of cake and put them back to freezer for 30 minutes. To serve with icing sugar, top it with grated chocolate and wafers. Serve chilled.
