This spice mix is ideal for mildly spiced dishes. I like to use it for a quick meal of grilled fish fillets or chicken breasts. I also use it for finishing sauces and stews.
over medium heat, stirring until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the spices from the skillet and set aside to let cool completely.
Grind the whole spices in an electric coffee 2 grinder to a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar up to 4 to 6 weeks.
