A staple part of Asian cooking. By simply adding different ingredients to plain rice, you can create a tasty side dish in minutes.
Heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat and pour in half a tablespoon of oil.
Cook the eggs and lightly mix on the pan until they have set. Transfer the cooked eggs on a plate and set a side.
Pour the remaining oil to the pan and cook the carrots and garlic for few minutes. Lightly season and add the rice.
Stir well and once the carrots and rice are mixed add the eggs back in the pan and pour sesame oil. Stir again and add the sesame seeds. Season to taste and serve immediately.
