Keema matter is a traditional dish from the south Asia keema can be made from almost any meat can be cooked by frying and also used in kebabs and also used in a filling for samosa bun and Nan part ha roll  . peas can be substituted with potatoes this is s semi dry dish and can be enjoyed with Nan pita bread or with simple basmati rice.

  • Step No 1

    Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions cook till they turn into golden cut tomatoes and add them to the onions add ginger garlic paste fry for few seconds now add red chili turmeric powder mix well now add minced and peas and water mix well into the masala

  • Step No 2

    Cover a pot with a lid keep the mice and matter on low flame to cook when mice and peas become tender and oil appears on the top add whole green chili chopped coriander and some slice of julienne ginger for garnish. Serve with nan or roti
