    Soak rice in 4 cups of water for 1 houre bring the milk to the boil and simmer for 1/2 hour or until it is reduced by half Now grind the sock rice with water then add to the milk

  • Step No 2

    Mix continuously cook for 1 hour on low flame once the rice is cooked add condenced milk mix well cook for 5 minutes remove from stove add cream sugar green cardamom almonds pistachios pure in a serving bowl garnish with some almonds pistachios and place the sliver leaf on top now chill well and serve
