    Wash mutton properly put ginger garlic paste salt red chili cook on low flame until water dries In a blender add brown onion green chili coriander mint leaves green onion yogurt grind chutney now add this mixture into the cooked meal add turmeric dry coriander oil black pepper cook on low flame when mutton cook well turn on flame high fry it slightly until oil separate from mutton then add lemon juice black pepper butter simmer for 10 minutes garnish with ginger slices green chili sprinkle ½tsp gram masala serve with Nan / Roti
