  • Step No 1

    In a wok add 1 tbsp water, oil, salt and lemon juice, boil it and then add sock rice. Now boiled the rice. Once rice cooked drain water add one tbsp oil and mix well & set it aside. In a small bowl add egg, salt, black pepper & yellow food color and mix well to make omelet.

  • Step No 2

    In another karahi add oil & vegetables, saute for 3 to 4 minutes then add salt, white pepper, chicken powder, vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce & remaining black pepper. Fry it for 1 minute, Now add cooked rice and omelet in it, mix very well steam rice for about 5 minutes. turn off the flame now. Serve this fried rice with chicken chili Manchurian or with any other gravy of your choice.
